- Acting as an independent senior safety authority at program or portfolio level, I provide CMO-level judgement across key development milestones. This includes safety governance structuring, participation in escalation decisions, and support for board- and regulator-facing safety discussions.
Development-Integrated Safety Strategy
- Safety is embedded directly into clinical development planning — not reviewed after the fact. I shape FIH strategy, escalation logic, protocol-level risk framing, and benefit–risk positioning to ensure early assumptions remain decision-relevant as programs progress.
Signal Interpretation & Risk Architecture
- Emerging safety signals are interpreted within structured uncertainty frameworks, epidemiological context, and explicit scenario comparisons. This enables proportionate escalation decisions and prevents reactive, misaligned governance responses.
Fractional Leadership Without Operational Burden
